- The Monetization Strategy & Operations team is looking for a star performer to help accelerate growth and strengthen go-to-market operations across our Talent Solutions business through collaboration with sales, operations, legal, and systems.
- This Monetization Operations Analyst will have authority over customer-facing deal pricing, enhancing deal processes, and partnering closely with our sales teams in order to present strategic deals to our top customers. If you're a detail-oriented individual, like to work in a fast-paced environment, and excited by driving growth through global, cross-functional initiatives, our client would love to talk to you.
- Partner closely with our client's sales professionals across all levels to structure and execute on strategic enterprise-wide deals
- Oversee deal certification process to ensure programmatic criteria is met for each pricing proposal
- Help strengthen sales effectiveness and customer success by building productive relationships with Sales, Sales Operations, Legal, Deal Desk & Finance teams
- Guarantee that pricing proposals follow proper revenue, legal, and operational guidelines to ensure integrity and compliance with global policies
- Drive iterative process innovation to accelerate growth and improve operational efficiency in a scalable manner
- Be a trusted advisor to the Talent enterprise business on pricing and serve as an escalation point for business partners
- Work with large datasets to gather insights and make data-driven decisions while maintaining strong business perspective
- 1-2 years in finance, pricing, operations, or other analytical roles
- Advanced experienced in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint
- BA/BS degree
- Keen eye for detail
- Analytical mindset
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Able to work as a W2 employee of Genesis10 (no Corp-to-Corp)
- Preferred Qualifications
- Self-starter who has experience working with highly cross-functional and performance-focused teams
- Adaptable to rapid change in a fast-paced, high-growth start-up environment
- Previous experience working with Salesforce (SFDC) or Dynamics
- Excellent communication, organizational and time management skills
- Professional experience in financial modelling, data analysis, and the ability to see beyond the numbers to drive sound decision-making
- Experience working with and supporting B2B enterprise sales organizations
- Experience processing a high volume of transactions with proficiency, accuracy and integrity
- Leadership skills - Ability to inspire and influence cross-functional partners and drive decision making among senior executives
