Requirements: The Account Manager will be a great communicator and able to build strong relationships with customers, clients, and the team. The Account Manager will be expected to take the lead on delivering excellence in customer services as well as high standards supporting the management team to ensure that everything operates smoothly.

• Meeting with potential customers daily

• Sales and marketing activities

• Handling sales inquiries and customer service management

• Work with upper management to source new marketing and sales strategies

• Reviewing customer comments and feedback

• Analyzing competitor product reviews

• Maintain product quality and consistency

• Attend conferences to increase knowledge of market trends and industry standards.

• Participate in weekly meetings providing insight and findings.

• Cross-selling or upselling where necessary
