Our J.P. Morgan Wealth Management Field Communications team is seeking an experienced communications professional for an integral role in developing and executing the internal communications strategy for our branch-based advisor unit. Your goal will be to keep employees connected, engaged, and informed, working collaboratively with senior executives and colleagues using newsletters, town halls, stories and presentations. Strong writing and organizational skills are critical for this position.As a Communications Manager of the Content & Communications team reporting to the Head of Field Communications, you will take complex financial and regulatory issues and make them understandable for our advisors. You will also help organize and distribute information through our internal channels. The Content & Communications team is at the center of every major issue for our business, and your role will be critical to ensure our employees have timely information on or close to real time. We're a highly motivated team that operates like a news organization. A positive outlook and creative ideas are encouraged.Job responsibilities:

Assist with the communications needs for branch-based advisors

Project manage and execute major communications initiatives

Oversee the field narrative, including writing, editing and delivery of field communications

Liaise with our business to create a consistent voice across materials

Use internal technology to track engagement of internal communications and offer advice on the best strategy for reaching employees

Prepare presentations and participate in meetings with senior business and client stakeholders to ensure project goals are met and manage stakeholder needs and expectations

Provide additional communications support, when needed, for other business units

Manage other content projects, as needed

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

5+ years of Communications experience

Bachelor's degree

Superior writing skills with versatility in format, including technical writing, executive messaging and copy editing

Efficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel

Must be a quick study of complex or technical topics and be able to simplify those concepts into clear, precise writing

Self-motivated and comfortable working on tight deadlines

Ability to recognize tasks that need to be completed and willingness to take responsibility for them

Must be able to produce urgent/crisis communications on demand

Must be focused, accurate and organized

Ability to work both independently as well as collaboratively and effectively in a group setting and communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing

Ability to recognize and respond well to changing priorities
