Maintenance Technician

Established commercial management company has an immediate opening for a General Maintenance Technician. We are looking for an experienced, motivated, and self-directed individual to support the care and maintenance of several commercial properties.

Duties involve general maintenance and property cleanup. The duties for this 40 hour per week position includes, but is not limited to, minor landscaping, pressure washing, lighting checks, graffiti removal, and general cleaning.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation is also required for this position.
