Recruiter / Licensed Associate

Miami real estate broker seeking a motivated, personable and pragmatic recruiter and licensed associate.

Primary responsibility is to recruit prospective real estate agents to join our growing company.

Other duties include scheduling appointments, conducting showings.

Must be licensed. Must be FLUENT in BOTH English and Spanish. Must have reliable transportation and be BASED in Miami.
