SURV-KAP LLC, a rapidly growing Tucson-based manufacturing firm is hiring a Customer Service Specialist for our Tucson operations.

In this important role, you will work directly with our customers via phone and email every day. If you have an outgoing and friendly personality, enjoy working directly with customers are excited about providing outstanding customer service, and are creative and tenacious in finding solutions and seeing opportunities to help a customer, you will be successful in this role. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Answer phones and direct calls

Process customer orders from our website as well as phone orders

Consult with customers to determine their needs and confirm that what they ordered is what they intended

Prepare sales orders and enter in Quickbooks

Prepare and post shop work orders

Prepare and email invoices in Quickbooks and complete shipping paperwork

Maintain organized files and records including daily filing

Prepare and distribute daily management reports as needed

The following personal characteristics and skills are important:

Exposure to Quickbooks, Microsoft Excel and MS Word is a plus - we will train you on our processes

Terrific work habits (able to be at work on time every day), great attitude and mental retention

Aptitude to learn complicated things quickly

Ability to empathize with a customer's situation and needs, and do whatever it takes to satisfy the customer

Great customer experience mindset and whatever-it-takes attitude

Pleasant and outgoing telephone personality and good phone skills
