Handy man AND Housekeeper for mountain resort

Our Campground is looking for a year round handy man who can come and live on RimRock Lake and work onsite. We need a Jack of All Trades to help run the property year round. Ideally you will have your own RV to bring on site and stay in. We do have some basic housing available, a room with a shared bathroom.

Not ideal if you have kids or any pets over 15 pounds. A Spouse is probably ok.

W2 Salary of $2200, plus lot rent, power, water, sewer all included.

We have the main store building, 90 RV sites, a small Motel, cabins and Tiny Homes on site. We have a backhoe used for various tasks.

Duties include: grounds keeping, maintenance, repairs, some mechanical, some plumbing, some electrical, operating a backhoe, and more.

Must be able to pass a back ground check and provide job references.
