Design Manager

We are seeking a talented and experienced Design Manager to join our team. As a Design Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the design process for various interior design/office construction projects. This is a key leadership role where you will collaborate with designers, operations team, and clients to ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities:

- Learn our internal process and business and increase efficiency and productivity

- Seek to serve the customer and help the team to deliver exceptional service

- Mentor our team and grow them in their abilities

- Lead and manage the design team throughout the project lifecycle

- Develop and implement design strategies to meet project goals and objectives

- Coordinate with design, operations, and sales teams to ensure design integrity

- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively

- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in design management

Qualifications:

- 5 years of proven experience as an Interior Designer

- Managerial experience and Bachelor's degree is preferred

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and vendors

- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts

- Knowledge of budgeting and cost control principles
