Maintenance / Construction Technician

Maintenance Advantage is a full-service general contracting and maintenance company, providing expert knowledge, professional repair services, deferred and preventive maintenance, value added upgrades, as well as annual health and safety inspections to property management companies and property owners. We currently oversee the maintenance of over 500 single family rental homes, 250 multi-family rental dwellings and provide maintenance services for over 60 HOA’s with over 3400 doors in the Greater San Diego area and we are continuing to grow.

Duties:

Maintenance Advantage is looking for a full-time maintenance / construction technician to assist with day-to-day work order requests, HOA contracts and construction projects throughout the San Diego, North County Area. Services will include, but not limited to: Drywall Repair, Plumbing, Electrical, Painting, Stucco Repair, Carpentry, Fencing, framing etc.

Qualifications:

-High school diploma or equivalent

-3+ years of experience working in a general maintenance/construction environment preferred but willing to train the right person.

-Good customer service and professionalism

-Honest and good communicator

-Clean appearance

-Must have clean driving record

-Must pass background check

-Must have own tools to perform drywall, painting, plumbing and other general repairs/handyman tasks. Specialty tools provided by the company.

-Must be internet/computer knowledge
