Landscape & Janitorial Tech

Looking for a part time janitorial & landscape tech for a busy Rv park, duties will include:

Cleaning of bathrooms ( daily w/ restocking) , laundry room, office/lobby and clubhouse

General landscape which includes: riding lawnmower, weed eating and trimming of bushes ect.

You will on occasion oversee the pool which includes cleaning and chemical checks

This position can be labor intensive and seasonal, it will require you to work outside in the heat come hot weather but will be monitored accordingly for safety.

Schedule will be determined upon employment, you will report directly to the Park Manager and work closely with the head maintenance technician.

Must have experience with landscape equipment , respond with resume and qualifications to be considered. Wages will be assessed and based off experience.
