Sweet Spot coffee shop in Boston, MA, is seeking full-time/part-time baristas!

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve coffee beverages, sweet treats, and sandwiches with precision and care.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and kitchen area.

Provide friendly and attentive customer service, ensuring customers enjoy their experience.

Operate coffee-making equipment proficiently and collaborate with the team for smooth operations.

Qualifications:

Previous barista experience preferred.

Familiarity with coffee preparation techniques and food handling.

Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Benefits:

Hourly rate between $18 and $20, based on experience.
