Two positions open for immediate hire- Jobsite foreman and crew member
Looking for EXPERIENCED home remodelers to work on an HOURLY CREW (we are not currently looking for sub crews) flipping houses.
Who We Are: Better Places, LLC is a family owned business specializing in flips, turn keys, and make ready. We invest in our own properties as well as partner with several major property management companies in the KC Metro area.
Who We're Looking For: Experience in drywall, light plumbing, light electrical, interior painting, trim/finish work, etc is a must. We're looking to put you on a qualified crew. Please be honest about your experience. Pay discussed during interview and based on experience. Opportunities for pay raise and/or bonus after probationary period. Lots of potential for growth and promotion as we're looking to hire a crew leader!
We work all over the metro area and generally stay on a job site for 4-6 weeks. Please be able to get yourself to and from. Please have a clean background and able to pass a drug screening.
