About Us: Established in 2021, Zone 8 Plumbing and Sewer serves the greater Seattle area with a focus on both residential and commercial construction divisions. Unlike traditional models, our plumbers are not required to sell; instead, we have a dedicated sales team that handles client acquisition. We believe in compensating our plumbers fairly, offering salaries that reflect their expertise and contribution to the company, similar to the value they would bring through upselling in a conventional setting.

Responsibilities:
Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial structures
Collaborate with other staff members to ensure seamless operations
Provide exceptional customer service, prioritizing customer satisfaction over upselling
Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
Be a key player in building our brand
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a licensed plumber with at least 1+ year in residential plumbing installation or service.
Must hold a valid Plumbing License (Journey Level license or close to hours/committed to testing).
Demonstrated track record of successful plumbing installation or service.
Skilled in using hand and power tools of the trade.
Ability to work effectively with inspectors, suppliers, and co-worker technicians to ensure correct project work while adhering to all codes.
Capable of installing various plumbing hardware and components.
Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Willingness to travel to customer locations as needed.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, comfortable with a variety of residential plumbing systems.
Comfortable communicating with customers in all types of circumstances.
Positive attitude, hardworking, and reliable.
Must have a valid driver's license and be able to pass a background check.
