Licensed AZ Attorney to Foreclose a Tax Lien

I need an Arizona licensed attorney to file a complaint in Superior Court to foreclose a tax lien. I have paid the taxes going back to 2013 and the out-of-state (Minnesota) owner has never responded to correspondence. Easy, uncontested matter. Small lot in Benson being foreclosed.
