Busy thriving well established local business in demand for working licensed agent Commission only based on amount of volume. Constant leads to list rentals, new property management, put signs up, take photos and manage listing from start to finish.

Pre-qualify and show prospects, meet with new owners, sign up new properties, assist with furnished rentals maximizing cash flow, early mornings, evenings and weekends are necessary to be prompt and available for our new customers and current clients needs. Drafting agreements for broker approval and execute signing. Work with tenants and management/rentals for move outs and move ins, photo inspections, follow up detail.
