Airbnb Hospitality and Management

Hello—We are a small local company with 15 vacation rental properties in the Santa Barbara area. We are looking for a new member for our team. The position is available immediately.

Responsibilities will include:

Optimizing online Airbnb listings to maximize bookings and revenue.

Integrating dynamic pricing and guest communications software into our existing booking channels.

Answering guest questions and problem solving.

Preparing welcome gifts and amenities for gifts.

Co-ordinating and supervising cleaning and maintenance teams.

Running our social media accounts and social media advertising.

Ensuring each guest receives a 5 star experience.

Qualifications are:

Bachelor's Degree.

Technology proficiency. Must be able to use and implement various online platforms and software.

Fun, friendly and engaging personality.

Detail oriented.

Reliable and responsible.

Must have your own car and be able to drive to the properties when needed.

This is a salaried full-time position. We are flexible with hours but generally expect the work week to be M-F with occasional weekend work. If this is something of interest, please email your cover letter and resume.
