Caregiver - 12 Hour Shifts - Flex Shift

Our Care homes offer small setting Care (5 beds) that provides 24 hour care staff to the elderly.

Hiring for: Flex Shift Caregiver to cover 2-3 shifts per week.

Day Shift: 8am-8pm

Night Shift: 8pm-8am

We have locations in: Eagan, Bloomington, & Burnsville.

Ideally, this person would be trained in at all 4 locations, and available to work flexibly across all locations on either day shift or overnight shift.

Position Responsibilities:

Assists residents with Personal Cares including bathing, shaving, dressing, hair care, feeding, toileting, transfers.

Under direction of nurse, provides Health Related assistance such as Medication Administration, glucose monitoring, blood pressures, and vitals.

Performs basic home services such as cooking, cleaning, laundry, and assisting with activities.

Required Skills:

Ability to communicate effectively with empathy and compassion for residents, families and co workers.

Ability to work in a team setting and support others.

Ability to work with a diverse and elderly population.
