Here at Central New Mexico Counseling Services we are seeking independently licensed Therapists, Counselors, and Social Workers to support the ongoing community needs for counseling services in both the Los Lunas and Albuquerque areas. In this role you will provide emotional and administrative support for the ongoing counseling needs through individual, family, and/or group settings.

What are we offering?

We provide a furnished turn key operation experience so that you can focus on the needs of the clients. This includes a furnished private office, support staff for office administration and billing, credentialing/paneling, and no out of pocket expenses. We also include marketing services to ensure you can reach your full client caseload within a reasonable timeframe (2-3 weeks.) Our belief is that the client comes first and that we can manage the operational burdens to ensure the highest level of success for you. This includes reasonable expectations on worked hours (15 per week) with availability for full time (32+ per week) with our primary offices only open 4 days a week we strongly encourage a healthy work life balance and feel this is achievable with higher average compensation.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive assessments to establish the client’s current situation.

Develop and execute individual treatment plans.

Determine and establish appropriate milestones to gauge and ensure client progress.

Provide ongoing communication to all relevant parties.

Facilitate the need for referrals to other healthcare professionals/entities.

Maintain ongoing client records and necessary documentation.

Qualifications:

Must be independently licensed.

Must have prior experience in the social work, counseling, or other related fields.
