Building/Grounds Maintenance Technician

Duties Include:

Mowing, trimming, raking, etc.

Maintenance and repair of buildings in our Industrial Park

Assist (under supervision) in performing a variety of skilled and semi-skilled maintenance work and repair of buildings and grounds and do related work as required.

Requirements:

Be on time

Be polite, courteous and helpful at all times.

Knowledge of operation and maintenance of a variety of hand, power and shop tools.

Possessing a trade skill such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting,

roofing, etc. is a definite bonus.

Clean license/ driving history preferred but not required.

Salary to be determined at interview based upon experience.
