Job Summary:

AC Restaurants, owned and operated by James Beard Award-winning chef Ashley Christensen, is seeking a dedicated, dependable Delivery Driver. The Delivery Driver plays a critical role to ensure that products prepared at our commissary kitchen are delivered accurately and timely to the restaurants within our organization.
Job Description
Drive like a boss.Utilizing the company’s non-CDL box truck, efficiently deliver food and other products from the commissary kitchen to the other restaurants within the ACR family, rain or shine.
Keep it safe and organized. Multitask and manage route time effectively, process required paperwork accurately, provide professional client service, follow driver safety rules, and keep the truck clean and well-maintained. The delivery vehicle should impress the neatest of neat freaks.
Keep it flexible. Stand ready to perform other duties as assigned by the Commissary Operations Manager, which may include assisting with food prep tasks and/or working overtime as required.
Job Skills & Requirements:
You are 18 or older.
You have a valid NC driver’s license in good standing.
You have a safe driving record.
You have at least one to two years of route delivery experience (preferred but not required).
You are able to lift and carry at least 50 lbs for several hours each day, as well as climb, bend, squat, push and pull throughout the day.
You’re dependable, honest, and professional.
You have excellent communication, time management and prioritization skills.
You work well as part of a team, and leave ego at the door.
You’re passionate about hospitality and hungry to learn more.
Compensation:
This position is a full-time, hourly, and overtime-eligible position offering competitive pay and benefits.
