Executive Assistant on Organic Farm
Oregon, Medford-ashland , 97501 Medford-ashland USA

Executive Assistant Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic tea loving individual to join our team to lend an administrative hand to the owners, Elise and Jeff of Oshala Farm.

Oshala Farm is a 290-acre certified organic farm that uses regenerative cultivation practices to grow over 80 varieties of medicinal and culinary herbs. Every herb grown at Oshala Farm is one we've nurtured from seed to sale—for home medicine makers, retail apothecaries, clinical herbalists and naturopaths, and herbal medicine manufacturers and product makers. We cultivate with consciousness to ensure that the herbs we provide are grown with care, dedication, and a love for the land. We consider it an honor to be stewards of the earth and to grow herbs that support community health.

Oshala Farm’s mission is to provide high-quality herbs while leaving the land better than we found it. Through our growing, processing, packaging, seed-saving, and on-farm initiatives we are continuously pushing to be more sustainable and kinder to the environment and our team.
