Maintenance Contractor/Independent Contractor needed

Maintenance Contractor / Independent Contractor needed for general & preventative maintenance repairs on Apartments in Richmond’s Fan District. We are a small family owned business, with a great work environment, and competitive pay. Our busy season is getting started and we need extra help.

Part-time position, 1 day per week. This is work that will last approximately until the end of September. Could lead to a year round position for the right person. Job sites are open Monday through Friday 9am till 5pm. You decide your schedule.

SKILLS NEEDED:

Basic Plumbing

Basic Electrical

HVAC repair

Appliance repair

Minor Drywall Repair and Touch up Painting.

Vinyl floor repairs and installation.

Light Carpentry repairs

Requirements:

- Basic Hand Tools

- Cell phone

- A valid Driver's License and Vehicle - Criminal Background Check/drug test

- Able to climb a ladder - Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, and move up to 50lb objects
