We have had the privilege of being in business since 1985, having a team of approximately 25 members to serve and make a difference in our clients homes and lives. You would work side by side with the owner as an integral and vital part of the team, assisting with a number of administrative tasks and a variety of communications. Responsibilities:

-Assist the owner in efficiently running and managing the enterprise

-Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner

-Managing correspondence between clients and team members

-Manage team calendars, scheduling clients, vendors and subcontractors

-Maintain a record of ongoing purchases specific to each client

-Create client invoices based on time entry records and purchases

-Create client outlines that describe the project details and estimated costs

-Act as an office manager by keeping up with office supply inventory

-Format information for internal and external communications

-Organize and maintain the office filing system with up-to-date electronic and paper documents

-Facilitate new hire onboarding

-Maintain team member birthday and anniversary dates

-Organize company celebration events

Skills:

-Must have strong writing and review skills

-Excellent MS Office knowledge

-Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role

-Outstanding organizational and time management skills, creative and willing to take on work independently

-Excellent verbal and written communications skills

-Integrity, discretion and confidentiality

Education and Experience:

-4-year college degree (Bachelor’s Degree) desired. Equivalent experience may substitute.

-3+ years in a similar position

-Highly proficient and competent in Microsoft Office Suite

-Knowledge of IT systems

-Working knowledge of Marketing, including social media, campaigns, branding

-Working knowledge of filing system: Dropbox

Travel:

-Some travel, as needed, to specific clients, project sites, training programs, or industry conferences.

Work Schedule: 8 hour shift, Monday - Friday

Pay:

-Base Salary Competitive DOE + incentive compensation

-$50,000-$75,000 per year

-Company benefits include paid holidays, vacation and sick leave

Location: In-Office (North Woodinville, East Bothell area)
