Part Time - Janitorial / Light Maintenance

We are looking for a part time worker to help with daily maintenance activities. Early morning work (ideal shift is from 6am - 9am). 2-3 days per week. $18/hour.

Daily duties include cleaning restrooms, mopping floors, grounds keeping, gutter cleaning, rooftop debris cleaning, snow removal during the winter, etc.

ADDITIONAL HOURS ARE AVAILABLE for extra duties sinch as interior/exterior painting, minor handy man repairs.

No electrical or plumbing work as those activities are done by others.

Drug Free Environment.

Must have reliable transportation.
