30+ Offices globallyOur OpportunityWe are currently seeking a HR Operations Manager for our Human Resources team in Denver, CO; Menlo Park, CA; Phoenix, AZ; Natick, MA; and Philadelphia, PA. The HR Operations Manager will enable the Exponent HR support model transformation, accelerating process optimization and transition to tiered service delivery. The successful candidate will have a strong background in project management, process optimization, HR shared services delivery, and technology enablement. The HR Operations Manager will also be responsible for ensuring that all HR processes are efficient, well-documented, and designed to optimize the employee experience. You will be responsible forEnabling the HR support model transformation, driving process optimization and transition to a Tiered Support Model

Providing leadership and driving best practice within HR Operations team

Managing HR operations projects and initiatives, ensuring timely and successful implementation

Collaborating with HR leadership to identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities

Driving the development and adoption of technology solutions to enhance HR service delivery

Developing tools and processes to monitor, report on, and continuously improve HR service delivery

Developing and maintaining process documentation for all HR policies & processes

Continuously reviewing and improving HR processes to drive quality, efficiency, and employee experience

Leading change management initiatives to drive the adoption of new processes and technologiesYou will have the following skills and qualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Proven experience in HR operations management, with a focus on process optimization and technology enablement

Strong project management skills

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Ability to drive change and lead transformation initiatives

Experience in developing and maintaining process documentation

Proven track record of driving continuous improvement in HR processes
