Job Description:

RLF is located in North Phoenix Area and handle USCIS applications and Asylum petitions. We are interested in a candidate who is dedicated, reliable, and pays attention to detail. Our practice has an opening for an entry level paralegal who has the ability to learn.

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

Conduct client scheduling and intakes

Draft immigration forms and prepare asylum evidence submissions.

Communicating with clients, completing USCIS applications including Asylum, Work Authorization, Adjustment of Status, and various other immigration applications. You will help prepare Exhibits and Witness Lists, Affidavits, and assist clients with the collection of key evidentiary documents in support of case.

Provide clients with case status updates.

Translations

Qualifications:

Proficient in Spanish and English

Must have a minimum of 2 years prior experience working in an immigration law firm
