Looking for a full-time Office Manager/Bookkeeper to handle the day-to-day operations of a busy Plumbing Contractor. This position requires a minimum of 5 years’ experience with Viewpoint/Construction Accounting, A/R, A/P, Payroll and Payroll tax reporting, bank reconciliations and HR. Knowing Prevailing Wage and Certified payrolls with DIR reporting a plus. Also included are invoicing, schedule of values, contracts and subcontracts, insurance and property management details. Strong computer skills across many platforms is required, attention to detail, and working M-F 8-5 in our office is mandatory.
