Part-time Assistant at Self-Storage

I am looking for a part-time assistant to help at our self-storage facility on Hwy 82 on the west side of Glenwood. Job Description: We need someone who lives within 15-20 minutes from the facility if at all possible. Job requires visiting our facility twice a week, to check on everything, pick up trash, look for broken locks or anything suspicious, etc. Will need to be available for emergencies and meeting people to establish their parking spot - this is maybe 2 times a month, just rarely needed but important. Ability to make minor repairs is a plus. The pay is for a minimum of 5 hours a week/20 hours a month at $35 an hour plus any hours over 20 will be paid at $35 an hour. This is a family owned business and a great part-time job that is really flexible. A reference is required.
