Must be able to work independently and efficiently and change focus based on immediate need and urgency.

The following are the requirements for the position:

Be able to work 5 to 6 days a week with varied hours.

Must own a car and have a valid Illinois Driver’s License.

Perform light plumbing work; clear clogs, change faucet, install sink and toilet, fix leaks.

Perform some construction work; patch holes, prime and paint, install wood trim and change locks.

Perform light electrical work; install light fixtures, ceiling fans, and change out outlets.

Perform Landscaping duties; edge and mow the lawn, and trim bushes.
