Bond St Wines is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Part-Time Assistant Manager at our Brooklyn location. This multifaceted role offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of retail and e-commerce while working alongside a seasoned entrepreneur – who will teach you everything you need to know about business. Key Responsibilities:

Management of Shopify Store: Maintain and update our online presence, including product listings, promotions, and customer interactions.

Graphic Design: Create visually appealing marketing materials for both online and in-store promotions.

Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, conduct regular audits, and assist with restocking and ordering as needed.

Curation: Assist in selecting wines for our inventory, ensuring a diverse and high-quality selection for our customers.

Shipping and Deliveries: Prepare orders for shipment, coordinate deliveries, and ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders.

Social Media: Create content and run campaigns on social media with a scalable budget

Requirements:

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).

Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms (experience with Shopify is a plus).

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Must be 21 years of age or older.

Must be able to lift 50lbs

Must be able to ride an e-bike and make deliveries.
