Giunta Law, PC. Seeks research Law Attorney or Law Clerk Associate for a Plaintiff’s Personal Injury and Wrongful Death Trial practice.

Contract, part-time basis with flexible hours for cases in active litigation.

Giunta Law, PC is a Personal Injury and Wrongful Death Case litigation Law firm involving High Damage vehicular, oil field, products liability, premises, limited medical negligence areas.

Requirements:

- Excellent computer and research skills,

- Proficient in Adobe, Word, Google Drive, Excel

- Traditional law resources and internet research

- Excellent writing for identifying legal issues and advocacy communication skills

- Developing and responding to motions and discovery

- Individual will work closely with attorney on all aspects of the case

Applicant must possess a high-interest level in tort law litigation; preferably being career minded toward pursing or becoming involved in a Personal Injury and Wrongful Death Trial Law litigation practice.
