Branch Property Preservation is currently in search of experienced and reliable Property Preservation Contractors to join our team in the following Virginia counties around the Richmond Va area to incl but not limited to: Richmond, Amelia County, Charles City County, Chesterfield County, Dinwiddie County, Petersburg, Hanover, Henrico, King William County, New Kent County, Prince George and Sussex, Virginia Beach, Portsmouth, Colonial Heights, Williamsburg, Virginia Beach, Chesapeake, King George County, and Amelia

This is a great opportunity to work independently, flexibility to manage your own schedule, and help maintain residential and commercial properties. A list of services needed to perform but not limited to are:

Occupancy Inspections

Initial Securing - Lock changes and rekeying

Lawn care and maintenance

Trash-outs and Debris Removals

Janitorial/Cleaning Services

Boarding up windows and doors

General repair

Roof repairs

Tree trimming or tree removal and maintenance

Pool Securing & maintenance

Eviction

Gutter cleaning

Equipment Needed:

Smartphone with Mobile app capability to submit all work from field

Truck & Trailer or Van

Lawn/Landscaping Equipment

Air Compressor

Hand tools and power tools

Locks & Lock boxes

Any additional equipment required to complete work orders; No equipment will be provided

Requirements:

Must have a valid ID & be able to pass a background check.

Must be able to use the PPW app to document work and photos (training will be provided if needed) – we require all work orders to be updated and processed via mobile app

Must have access to email & high speed internet

Must be able to complete orders by due date

Must be able to communicate all issues or delays in a timely manner

A working knowledge in Property preservation is a requirement
