Parking lot Sweeper Truck Operator Sweeping

Commercial maintenance company seeking qualified candidates for our night parking lot cleaning operation. Ideal candidate must be able to work independently and reliably. Having a clean driving record is a MUST. MUST have physical ability to walk with a backpack blower and Change out and/or empty garbage cans. This is not a "driving job". There is lots of walking and blowing of curb lines etc. Also lots of garbage cans and liners to be changed. This position may include some pressure washing of sidewalks as well.

Responsibilities of a Parking Lot Sweeper Driver:

Perform basic pre-trip inspection, which includes oil level, tire pressure, burnt out lights etc.

Driver will drive sweeper truck to a job. Use a blower to blow out trash. Sweep up trash with truck.

Drive the truck from job location to job location.

Sweeping on job site includes: sweeping parking lot, empty garbage cans and doing necessary hand work with blower, push broom and shovel, and reporting any visible issues with the property.

Good knowledge of traffic regulations and safe driving practices.

Must have a clean MVR and be able to pass a drug test.

We currently are seeking a full time employee 40hrs per weak OT on occasion.

Pays $17-$20hr DOE. Experience preferred but not necessary.
