SUPERINTENDENT - FULL TIME/LIVE IN

Full Time/Live In Superintendent for 33 Unit Apartment Building.

Self-starter and disciplined. Must have experience as a Superintendent in a Multi-Family Apartment House. Needs skills to turn over apartments: carpentry, plumbing, electric. Personal skills to interact with tenants. Some cleaning, waxing floors, trash removal,etc.

Salary up to $900.00 per week for fully qualified individual. Plus a Free 2 Bedroom Apartment including all utilities.

Some weekend work and must be willing to be available 24/7 for emergencies.
