Office Manager for Real Estate Investor

We are looking for someone who can increase revenue and reduce owner workload. You will be in charge of sourcing help, tracking projects, and keeping track of the company finances.

Job Responsibilities/Help us continue to:

● Maintian 20% revenue growth rate

● Tracking marketing campaigns

● Renovation project expense and construction draw management

● Sourcing and qualifying general and sub-contractors

● Placing Short-, mid-, and long-term rental orders

● Website maintenance

● Track statements and receipts for business and projects

List of Qualifications:

● Minimum 2 years of experience managing a business office.

● Minimum 1 year real estate experience.

● Thorough knowledge of Google Products and ability to quickly learn other programs.

● Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

● Self-starter, team player, not afraid to jump in and assist where needed.

● Minimum 1 year project management experience (bonus project management software experience)

● Bonus/optional - hiring and accounting experience.

Benefits:

● Full time regular position; salaried.

● 60K salary (DOE)

● Both in person and remote work, varied schedule and flexible.
