Position Overview:

As a Part-Time Office Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the general administrative functions and activities in the office. Your responsibilities will include oversight of office operations, human resources and employee support, assistance with financial management, as well as effective communication, reporting and auditing.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the first point of contact for internal and external parties, handling customer service inquiries, phone calls and emails

Admin support for Managers

Assist in interviewing and hiring new employees

Payroll reporting

Assistance with managing employee benefits administration

Help employees comply with company policies and procedures

Conduct audits of expense reports and time sheets

Conduct thorough pre-billing audits of client accounts

Prepare and file monthly and quarterly sales and use tax returns

Administer client contracts and ensure compliance with terms and conditions

Reporting office progress to management and collaborating to improve office operations and procedures

Assist with general tasks and reporting as needed

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an officer coordinator or similar position

Proficiency in MS Office

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively

Knowledge of payroll processing and tax regulations is a plus

Experience in a technology or consulting firm is preferred but not required

Schedule:

Part-Time, 20 hours per week

Compensation:

starting at $22/hr or DOE
