Join us at Persepshen, where we focus on local organic sustainability. We make everything in house from scratch using local organic sustainable ingredients. We get in whole animals from sustainable local farms, and go through them cut by cut on the menu. We only utilize local organic seasonal produce from local farms across Arizona. At Persepshen we truly care about sustainability and working with local farms.

Persepshen is a fantastic spot to work if you are interested in growing your cooking skills, learning and developing sound cooking techniques, and holding yourself to the highest standard.

We are a small team centered group dedicated to growing the food scene in the valley. We push each other to strive for the highest standards. We would love to have you join our team!
