Mendocino Farms is seeking a talented Restaurant General Manager for a NEW unit!
Position: General Manager: $83,200 to $102,100, commensurate with experience
Location: NEW RESTAURANT opening in VACAVILLE!
We're not just selling sandwiches and salads, we're selling Happy! We are seeking a talented and experienced, Restaurant General Manager who can lead a team of happy, friendly foodies at the new restaurant that is opening soon!
Required: 3 - 5+ years of Restaurant GM experience.

Requirements:
- 3 - 5+ years of high-volume Restaurant General Manager experience
- Strong coach - Gives effective feedback, grows the team every day
- Organized - Deadline-oriented and focused on driving results
- Cares about people - Builds relationships with guests and team members
- Humble - Eager to learn from a dynamic, growing restaurant group
- Experience with managing a large team
