Customer Service Representative

We are currently seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team and play a crucial role in maintaining our standard of excellence in customer interactions and order processing.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Customer Service Excellence: Be the first point of contact for all internal and external customers, ensuring a high level of service in processing orders.

- Order Processing: Efficiently enter and process all incoming orders received via phone, email, and fax.

- Mailing and Shipping: Handle mailing and shipping of online orders promptly and accurately.

- Problem Resolution: Process complaints, claims, and credits; conduct research and reconcile discrepancies through the traceability of products.

- Sales Support: Make sales calls to accounts, prepare reports, print invoices, and tabulate end-of-day totals.

- Compliance: Strict adherence to our GMP Food Safety Program is required.

REQUIREMENTS:

- High School Graduate or GED equivalent.

- Previous experience in an office environment with multi-tasking, heavy phone use, typing, and 10-key by touch.

- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Consistent attendance is crucial.

- Flexibility to work varying schedules based on business needs.

- Participation in all scheduled training sessions and meetings.
