Auto Service Writer - Manager

We need YOU for our busy automotive shop. Opening for a service advisor - Manager. Prefer persons with 2 years of automotive experience. 5 day work week Mon - Fri. Always a supportive environment because when you succeed, we succeed.

Need a person with:

Excellent customer service skills and the ability to connect with the community

Excellent oral and written communication

Good problem solving skills

Ability to adapt to changing work conditions

High level of professionalism

Outgoing friendly personality

Responsibilities would include answering the phones, scheduling appointments, service reminder calls, working closely with the service manager, processing daily work orders, working on social media marketing, preparing billing statements, etc. Must be a people person with a positive attitude and friendly personality. Salary and bonus based on experience. Good people can make 80K to 120K.Prefer applicants who are detailed oriented with good people and phone skills.
