Full Time Head Chef position for trendy OBX restaurant.

Expectations:

Lead, mentor and manage kitchen staff.

Develop and execute daily specials.

Cook on the line and train fellow staff.

Manage food costs and understand pricing.

Have an amazing attitude and leave problems at home.

Have a weekly meeting with owner to plan specials and events.

Respect the owner and management team and all employees.

Have a passion for food and current trends.

Work 40 -45 hours a week in season and 35-40 off season.

Year round availability.

Compensation:

$80,000 per year.

PTO and Vacation time.

IRA after 1 Year.
