Home time will be 1.25 days for every week worked.
Lanes are in and out of Colorado. No I 70 mountains.

Requirements
Live in Colorado, or at the end of one of our lanes.
Two years recent, OTR, tractor trailer experience, Hazmat and tanker, endorsements, Reefer, trailer, experience, ELD, map, reading, and route planning, drug and alcohol, free, clean MVR, basic operational, knowledge of a tractor-trailer and Reefer trailer. Know hazmat and FMCSA guidelines,Two-year medical card.

Trailer rent is available
Must have Keep Trucking ELD with forward, facing dash camera. That works.
Your own bass Plates apportioned 80,000 LBS
Bobtail Insurance.
Compensation package for Drivers on 1099
Trucks are 2017 and newer Kenworth T680 automatic transmission
Training $.52
End of Training to 90 days $.55 cpm
Medical and dental options available after 90 days.
90 Days to 6 months $.58 cpm
6 months to one year $.59cpm
After 1 year $.60
Eligible to become a contractor after two years.
Layover $75 a day Shop or waiting on dispatch. After 34 hours. 34 hr resets don't apply
Detention $25 per hr after 3 hrs cap $150 at shipper and receiver
Pay raises will be based on the following:
Average miles driven
Truck must average 7.2 mpg or higher.

Less than 30% idle time

No Driver at fault damages to truck or trailer or cargo
Idle time must be below 30 percent
