Seasonal Maintenance Team Member Assisted Living Community

Are you a skilled maintenance professional looking for seasonal work?

The Converse Home an esteemed assisted living community in Burlington committed to providing exceptional care and enhancing the quality of life for our residents. We are currently seeking a seasonal Maintenance Team Member to join our team.

The ideal candidate will possess a diverse set of skills including painting, handyman abilities, and general maintenance knowledge. As a vital part of our facility's operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our residents' living spaces are comfortable and well-maintained. Perform outdoor maintenance and ensure our outdoor areas are clean and free of debris. Trouble shoot and repair issues as needed and perform minor home repairs and maintenance tasks as assigned by the supervisor. Be available for on call duty for one week per month to address emergency maintenance issues outside of regular working hours.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in painting and handyman skills.

Knowledge of general maintenance tasks

Ability to perform minor home repairs efficiently and effectively.

Physical stamina and ability to perform tasks that may require lifting, bending, and kneeling.

Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Availability for on-call duty as required.

High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
