Start Date: ASAP (2-month assignment)
Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday
Dress Code: Business casual with a focus on professionalism. A blazer is required due to the HR-focused nature of the role.
Description:
Our client, a prestigious luxury hotel in the Nomad area, is seeking a polished and professional Assistant to support the HR Director across two properties. Both properties are conveniently located within close proximity to each other, requiring the candidate to alternate between the two locations every other day.
Responsibilities:
Assist the HR Director with organizational tasks related to both properties.
Handle filing, organizing, and maintaining HR documents and records.
Manage incoming calls and inquiries, directing them appropriately.
Provide support with ADP (Automatic Data Processing) tasks as needed.
Collaborate on various HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
Requirements:
Previous internship experience or temporary assignments in HR are required.
Familiarity with HR processes and procedures within a corporate environment is preferred.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Discretion and professionalism are essential due to the sensitive nature of HR work.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
