Duties

Facility Maintenance

Swimming Pool Maintenance

Trash Removal

Lawn Care

able to lift 50 pounds

Work well with others

cleaning outside yards

reliable transportation

Be on call when scheduled to handle maintenance requests.

Position starts at 14-17 per hour depending on experience.
