RV Park Customer Service Representatives needed

Customer service representatives needed to assist guests at Ship Creek RV park in Anchorage AK. Duties include the following:

Assist with check-in, registration and presentation of park/pet rules as requested.

Assist guests with directions and activity ideas.

Place messages for campground personnel on reminder forms to assure completion of tasks.

Maintain literature racks inside and outside office; maintain filing system and general office appearance.

Run daily opening reports; verify guest checkouts and amounts due; run daily closing reports to ensure balance of books.

Enforce, in a pleasant manner, park rules and policies.

Assist with grounds keeping and maintenance as requested (i.e. trash pick-up, flower bed upkeep, etc.).

Make suggestions for improvements as appropriate.

Other duties as assigned.
