Sales Manager With in-Home Demo Experience

$1000 PER WEEK GUARANTEE PLUS COMMISSION AND BONUSES

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager with previous experience in direct (in-home) sales, specifically selling Rainbow Cleaning System or HYLA (REQUIRED) to join our team at HYLA USA. Previous management experience is preferred, but not required.

As a Direct Sales Manager, you will be responsible for hiring, training, and managing our brand-new retail sales team operating out of HYLA USA Headquarters, located in Deerfield Beach, FL. We are offering a competitive base salary and an aggressive, uncapped commission structure based on team and individual performance metrics PLUS bonuses.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategies to generate leads and drive sales

- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers

- Assist in scheduling product demonstrations

- Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis

- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors

Skills:

- Proven experience in direct sales or related field

- Strong sales skills with the ability to close deals

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software
