Looking to hire a skilled and professional Framer (no license required), sub contractor for framing work. MUST HAVE A CREW, EXPERIENCE, COMPLETE KNOWLEDGE OF READING BLUEPRINTS (PLANS). Must be updated and knowledgeable on all codes. Energetic, hardworking, and reliable workers. MUST HAVE ALL THE NECESSARY TOOLS TO COMPLETE THE JOB.

MUST BE ABLE TO COORDINATE WITH THE FOOTING AND FOUNDATION GUYS FOR ACCURACY OF HD LOCATIONS AND CB LOCATIONS. We are in the business of rehab and flipping houses, and in building ADUs. MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN DOING FRAMING WORK FOR ADU'S IS A MUST! We supply all materials needed for the jobs. Do not call unless you have all the above requirements or more.
