SKILLED CRAFTSMAN

We are seeking a SKILLED CRAFTSMAN to join our team. We need someone with a strong desire to succeed who is excited to share your skills and comprehensive knowledge in our residential remodels and home improvement projects. We provide services throughout Maryville/Knoxville TN and surrounding counties.

MUST meet the following minimum requirements:

1. MUST have a Valid driver's license, a clean driving record, working truck/van and tools.

2. MUST have a minimum of 5 years professional experience in trim carpentry, cabinet installation, framing, deck/fence building, window/door replacement, minor roof repairs, drywall repairs, interior/exterior painting/staining & more

3. MUST be trustworthy, detail-oriented, accountable and a problem solver.

4. MUST be able to manage/train others and willing to work as a team and individually.

5. MUST have the desire to learn other trades/skills.

6. MUST be able to interact well with customers and also protect/respect customers’ property at all times.

We offer:

Weekly pay structure with direct deposit

Work 4 10-hour days with 3-day weekends (Work 9 hrs and get paid for 10 hrs - we give 2 - 15min breaks and 1- 30min lunch)
