Proactivity is very important. Candidates will pair up with the Engineers that already work on Twitter. First projects the team will work on: Settings page and onboarding page for small businesses in China to become advertisers. In the longer run there are other projects. Additional module experiment. Additional onboarding flow. Address , open hour, phone number info. Analytics: giving analytics tools to small businesses. Integration. Main pathway for them to convert into an advertiser There is uncertainty in the roadmap. Therefore we need someone with experience in dealing with an unclear roadmap that can be expandable in the longer run.
